PUBG Corporation is set to give insight on the phenomenon that is PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS (PUBG) later this month at the VIEW Conference (20th International VFX Computer Graphics Conference) in Torino, Italy, taking place from 21-25 October.
On 22 October, CH Kim, CEO and Executive Producer of PUBG, will be speaking on the topic of PUBG: A Creative by Global Underdogs that Stunned the World, in which he will delve into the journey of planning, creating and experiencing the game that defined a genre. Director of Special Projects and the creator of Battle Royale, Brendan “PlayerUnknown” Greene, will also be making an appearance as he sits down to talk with Guerrilla Games’ Studio Art Director, Jan-Bart Van Beek.
PUBG initially released on Steam Early Access in March 2017, to worldwide acclaim prior its full release in December 2017, along with the later releases on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.The game sees 100 competitors parachuting onto a remote island with only one objective - to be the last one standing.
